 The North Sea are a Dublin based alt/rock band influenced by Irish alternative acts such as Whipping Boy, A House and Into Paradise. Since the release of their debut EP in 2012, the quintet have been busyplaying, writing and recording in their rehearsal space.They recently released their debut single In Love on ITunes and 7” vinyl , which was named track of the fortnight in Hotpress magazine, receives regular radio play and garnished great review’s from blogs like The Thin Air, the Last Mixed Tape, the Point of everything and State.ie to name a few.Their yet un-named debut album is due for release next Spring. Recorded live to tape in order to capture their live sound, it was produced by Grammy Award winning Irish producer David Odlum at Black Box Studios in France.
