Playing in some of Ireland’s coolest venues and clocking up some ground support along the way, Jester are a 5 piece band who “know how to take a song on the town & show it a good time” (– Hotpress) On the live front Jester have shared the stage with top acts Including:The Fun Lovin Criminals, Paul Weller, The Blizzards, The Republic Of Loose, Aslan, Paddy Casey and Mick Flannery. Festivals appearances include: Cois Farraige Festival, Oxegen (’07) and The Sea Sessions Festivals in 2009 and 2010.
Having taken a break from Jester for 2 years the band regrouped in late Summer 2014. The band were quickly receiving national airplay…In October 2014 “Sea Saw” featured on Today Fm’s Dermot & Dave show on the Homegrown Hero track for a week & Colm O Sullivan’s The Mix Up showing plenty of support for the track.
Jester are currently putting the finishing touches to their debut album which will be released towards the end of the year.
